Friday Meditation with gentle healing sound bath
Every Friday I run three sessions with three spaces of Guided Meditation with a gentle sound bath 12pm - 3pm - 7pm. £20 .
I have comfortable padded mats with pillows, duvets and blankets all freshly washed so you don't have to bring anything with you .
The lighting is subdued and the atmosphere is set to enhance your meditation experience.
The session consists of a guided meditation lasting half an hour whilst you lay down comfy and warm. I seamlessly move from the meditation to a gentle sound bath of 30 mins using Quartz singing bowls, Tibetan bowls & more.
